All bids are final once processed. Products must comply with all local laws and advertising regulations. We reserve the right to remove prohibited or misleading content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a product or placing a bid on OutBuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bidding and Rankings

Rankings are awarded strictly according to verified paid bid amounts. Bids are competitive and positions may change whenever higher bids are submitted by third parties. OutBuy does not guarantee any specific position duration.

3. Content Guidelines

Products must promote lawful offerings and services. We strictly prohibit spam, malware, phishing sites, adult content, fraudulent schemes, or intellectual property infringements. Prohibited products will be removed without refund.

4. Outbuy Credits & Buyout Rewards

Outbuy Credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable promotional balances with zero cash value. Credits never expire and may only be redeemed for ranking bids on outbuy.one. Self-outbidding (outbidding your own products or accounts) does not generate credits.

5. URL Moderation & Blacklist Policy

All submitted links must be direct canonical URLs. We strictly prohibit URL shorteners (bit.ly, t.co), direct chat room invites (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp), adult/NSFW links, and tracking query parameter spam. Full specifications are codified on our Platform Rules page.

6. Limitation of Liability

OutBuy is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding referral traffic volumes, sales conversions, or third-party search engine indexation.
